This Security Policy outlines our approach to protecting information and maintaining trust with enterprise audiences.

The Site is hosted on Google Sites, leveraging Google’s global infrastructure, including physical security, network protections, redundancy, and monitoring.

Our security posture is designed to protect data integrity and user privacy:

• Encryption: All traffic is enforced via HTTPS using TLS 1.3. Data stored on our third-party processors (e.g., Brevo) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 or equivalent standards.

• Access Control: We follow the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP). Only authorized Jol Works personnel have access to administrative backends.

• Data Minimization: We only collect the minimum amount of data required for the stated purpose, reducing the potential impact of any security event.

Access to systems and data is limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.

We maintain procedures to detect, assess, and respond to security incidents. Where legally required, affected users will be notified in a timely manner.

While the Site is informational, our security posture reflects principles aligned with enterprise standards such as least privilege, defense in depth, and data minimization.

Security is a shared responsibility. Google provides the physical and infrastructure security for the Site. Jol Works is responsible for the secure configuration of Site content, access controls, and the protection of any data you provide to us. 

Security practices are periodically reviewed and updated in response to evolving threats and regulatory expectations.
