These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website jol.works (the "Site") operated by Jol Works Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").  By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

The Site is designed to educate enterprises, founders, operators, and partners about the concept of building, governing, and operating "instant teams" - rapidly assembled, outcome-driven teams, and all related content. It also gives access to the application and technology that allows "instant teams" to be created.

Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, employment, security, or professional advice. Use of the Site does not create any contractual, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or agency relationship.

The Site does not provide 'Expert-as-a-Service' or recruitment services. We are not responsible for the legal classification of workers (contractor vs. employee) in any instant team you assemble based on our frameworks. 

The frameworks, methodologies, and 'instant team' structures provided are for conceptual education. The Company does not guarantee any specific business outcome, efficiency, or legal compliance of teams formed by the User based on these frameworks. 

All content on the Site—including text, frameworks, methodologies, diagrams, and original concepts—is owned by the Company. 

User Feedback: If you provide us with any ideas, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Site or our application and technology, you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use, implement, and commercialize such feedback without any compensation or credit to you. You waive all "moral rights" in any such feedback to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities

• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization

• Introduce malware, scraping tools, or automated abuse

• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intent

The Company follows security-conscious design principles aligned with enterprise expectations. However, the Site itself is not a controlled system, production platform, or security-certified environment.

We use carefully selected third-party service providers to operate and improve the Site:

• Google Analytics: Used to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data (such as page views, session duration, device type, and anonymized IP information) to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to improve performance, reliability, and content relevance.

• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue): Used to manage email subscriptions, mailing lists, and educational communications. Brevo processes email addresses and related metadata on our behalf under contractual data protection and confidentiality obligations.

These providers act as data processors or independent controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control their internal practices but select vendors with established security and compliance programs.

We utilize Google Analytics for site optimization and Brevo for communication management. By providing your email address and opting in, you expressly consent to join our educational mailing list. You may withdraw this consent or "opt-out" at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us. These providers process data under contractual obligations that align with our security standards; however, they may act as independent controllers subject to their own privacy policies. 

By providing your email address and actively confirming your subscription, you signify your clear affirmative action to join our educational mailing list. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. 

Accessing this site or communicating with us via email does not constitute a consultant-client or attorney-client relationship. 

All frameworks provided are templates and must be vetted by your own legal/HR counsel before implementation. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Site is intended for a global audience. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable local laws and regulations. The use of the site is also governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
